Help for Jazmin

Jazmín Gabriela Polanco Vargas is a 12-year-old girl and has a disability called cerebral palsy, which she was diagnosed with when she was 9 months old. Through this she presents convulsions and epileptic attacks.
She currently uses 3 medications for life. Also due to his condition she uses pampers.
